“Everything was updated! Clean and comfy! I didn't want to leave the room! Friendly staff!”

I had to attend a conference feeling unprepared as we had driven 3 hours after working all day in Albuquerque. I sent a letter asking for a partial refund or some compensaton and have to received any response.”
