“The room was a good size it included a fridge. Bed was comfortable. Improvement work was being done on the foyer of the hotel. The hotel is well located if visiting Six Flags theme park. Shops and restaurants close by. Ice machine and vending machines available.”

“I was extremely impressed with the front desk/reception staff, specifically with Megan (AM) and Lucia (PM). Both of these ladies were sterling examples of what Customer Service should be. In every situation that I observed them interacting with their clientele, these ladies handled customer questions, concerns, and problems, with the same degree of compassion, respect, understanding, and importance. I was also extremely impressed with Tina (Breakfast Cook), who operated the kitchen with an almost restaurant grade precision and presented a stellar array of choices for her customer's dining experience. All three of these ladies went above and beyond the call of duty in providing one of the Best and Most Professional stays that I have ever experienced within the United States. I will very likely choose to stay at this Hotel again on my future trips to Northern California.”
