“The hotel is beautiful and the house keepers keep it very clean and tidy. Our room was cleaned every day and the House keepers were always friendly and polite. The front desk staff made us feel very welcome when we arrived and continued throughout our stay to make us feel at home. The hotel is very close to Japan Town which really is a lovely place to visit and so much better than China Town. It is also close to several good bus routes and a bus stops almost outside which is great when you get a bit tired of walking up all the hills in San Francisco! The hotel is very quiet and we were never disturbed by outside noise or any noise inside for that matter. It really was a very quiet peaceful place.”
