Important Notice
- The hotel is currently undergoing decoration on the exterior of the property, beginning with the west facing aspect of the building and continuing round towards the city facing aspect.<br><br>Scaffolding will be erected whilst the decoration work is taking place. The hotel aims to keep disturbance to a minimum during your stay.<br><br>This property cannot accommodate large groups of 6 people or more at weekends, such as stag nights, hen parties and birthday groups.<br><br>For bookings of more than 6 rooms, a different cancellation policy will apply.<br><br>Please note that bookings made that require payment at the time of booking will also require the payment card to be present at the time of arrival.<br><br>Please be aware that the property may pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Failure to supply valid card details, with available funds, may result in your booking being cancelled.<br><br>Please note, the hotel accepts cash payments, subject to an additional GBP 100 security deposit on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<br><br>Please note, the property does not accept payments by cheque.<br><br>Not all room types are accessible to wheelchair users. Please contact the hotel for advice on your access requirements.<br><br>Due to the style of the apartments building, there are steep stairs leading to the apartments and studio rooms, and no lift, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The Queens Hotel and Spa building does have a lift to all floors, although not all room types are accessible to wheelchair users.<br><br>Special menus will apply for all guests wishing to dine in the hotel on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with pre-booking essential. The hotel will contact you with further information and prices.<br><br>Evening food service will be limited on certain evenings in December due to Christmas Party nights. Evening food service may also be limited on certain dates throughout the year due to pre-booked events.<br><br>Apartment and Studio check-in:<br><br>Guests will check in at the main Queens Hotel & Spa. The apartments are located in the Queens Hotel Apartments building next door to the main hotel.<br><br>Guests booking an apartment/ studio will be required to pay on arrival by credit card. The hotel will also require photo ID (drivers licence, government issued ID card or passport) to be presented on arrival.<br><br>Please note, the property is unable to take cash payments for apartment/studio bookings.<br><br>If you choose a non-refundable rate for an apartment or studio the property management will still require the GBP 200 deposit payment on a credit/ debit card on arrival.

“I shared a King room with my 2 adult daughters. The beds were very comfortable and the room was huge. We arrived 3 hours early and were pleasantly surprised to be allowed to use our room straightaway. We used the gym and pool on both days. The gym and sauna were excellent. All the staff we met were extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was top class with a lovely view of the sea. Will definitely stay again.”
