They have many options depending on where you were arriving from and popular Korean locations to show a taxi driver. When we arrived they gave us a food list with photos and prices and descriptions along with a map. Super helpful. The free breakfast isn't much and leaves room for improvement! The room was clean and spacious! I would stay here again!”

“The positive reviews are right on the mark. Hospitality is excellent. Particularly helpful are the printed sightseeing guides. If you're arriving by bus from the airport, get off at the Seomyeon stop. Face the Lotte Hotel, turn right, then left at the intersection towards the Busan Business Hotel; and the Queens Hotel will be on the left in the middle of the block. If the hotel sends you printed instructions, note that you follow the brown line on the map. There is no brown line on the street to the hotel. Breakfast is mostly Korean; and delicious. There is complimentary laundry service (a washer is available; detergent is provided) and you dry clothes in your room on a provided rack. My room was clean and comfortable; and there were numerous electrical outlets, including one that accepted an "A" type plug that is used in the U.S. and Japan. The bathroom was large and included a rain shower. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”
