“From the moment we checked in (a little earlier than the 2pm stated checkin time) the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was amazing - on level one so same level as the swimming pool (handy for the kids) day spa (handy for mum!) and golf bar. The room was set out beautifully for the 4 of us- husband and myself plus baby and child. They had put up a lovely portable cot with a special bath kit (bubbles, shampoo) for babies- Gaia brand. Our son had a foldaway bed, loved it. We used most of the facilities, eating room service, having a meal at all on site locations, using the games room indoors when it rained and the outdoor play area for kids when the weather was great. Husband enjoyed the golf course. We loved the trip!”
