“Very friendly and helpful staff at all hours. Hospitality room with free coffee. Big room with all facilities needed. Comfy bed. Subway (Rector Street) very close by which takes you on line 1 all the way up to central park with key stops on the way. Great place for breakfast over the road (Georges) and a grocery store over the road. Easy to walk along Church or Broadway to Tribeca, slightly longer to get to Soho, Chinatown etc but all very doable. Great mix in this reason of new and old buildings. Good shopping nearby at the new world trade centre shopping complex. Some good places to eat but for more choice best to check out tribeca and slightly further afield.”
“Room was very large and well equipped, bed was comfortable, large tv with many channels and decent WiFi, excellent location with a subway only a few metres away. Good places for breakfast/lunch nearby”

“Awesome 80s decor. Great location, the subway stop across the street takes you to the center of Manhattan, so it's very easy to get around. The room was very spacious, and the stove top, fridge, dish washer, and dishes in the kitchenette was convenient to have.”
“It was nice to be able to have use of the kitchen in the room. Location is great! The financial district/lower Manhattan a big surprise. Lots to do and see and the subway is right in front of the hotel. Other lines are close by.”
“The room at the Riff was lovely & clean, spacious & airy, as depicted in the photos on line. It also had an outside area which was an added bonus - the last thing we wanted was a pokey hotel room for the time we were there. The location was spot on, with everything we needed within a few minutes walking distance. The staff were helpful & informative & nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend this 'quirky' apartment block!”
