“The staff were all very nice and very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect for the Christmas Markets and exploring the old town. There is character in the hotel (ceiling molding, wood floors etc.) that you don't always get in new hotels.”

But the hotel is amazingly beautiful dating back to the 1300's and the location was unbeatable, as it was situated in the middle of Old Town just steps away from everything. Our room was enormous as we ckecked in one hour early and was upgraded to a gorgeous suite. The price was also wonderful for the quality, history, and location!”
