“it was clean , one reception desk employee on the morning team on satuday the 2nd of december who actually had a clue on how to handle the issue. She offered a breakfast and a late check out witch we needed. but eventually decided not to have any breakfasts and checked out just after we woke up since we really felt uncomfortable in this hotel, and preferred to take our luggage all day long with us.”
