“Perfect location downtown. I have stayed in quite a few hotels at the North end of the Magnificent Mile and Raffaello was up there among the best. The room I was given was huge, fully equipped and simply a pleasure to be in. I will always try to see if they have availability before looking for alternatives.”

“I stayed in one of the suites and I couldn't rate it any higher . The room was always kept spotless, the bed made, Towels swapped daily and coffee restocked every day. The staff where excellent, friendly, polite and couldn't do more for me. The Drumbar is a must visit in the hotel. The cocktails are fabulous , and at the weekend the have a DJ on which is always great if you want to stay local. Then the coffee bar in the mornings is so good with an accompanying donut if you're feeling bold!. Overall an excellent hotel in a excellent location with everything in walking distance.”
