“My husband and I would like to stay there again, but until you solve the noise from the air conditioning system across the street, well we won't and we won't recommend your hotel to anyone because of it. I was so disappointed in some of the front desk staff first acting like they did not know what we were talking about when we complained about the noise. Of course they did! However, for the most part, most of your front desk staff was quite good. I think they work with difficult OWNERS. It did not seem like Albertans owned the hotel.”
