“Clean rooms, comfy beds, nice breakfast and great service, however what I enjoyed the most is how courteous and friendly the reception staff are. when I arrived early the reception staff did his best not to delay my room despite the fact that the hotel was overbooked, that was very thoughtful. also I had the chance to ask Soner for help and he was very very friendly. please keep it up. one more thing on how far the hotel staff can reach with their kindness is the way they feed and take care of the cat outside. loved it ❤ and I already miss the kitty cat.. being an animal welfare activist kudos to Ramada and Turkey for setting the best example of how animals should be treated”
