“Stayed here before my flight to alaska. I had planned to get in later but ended up arriving at 11am, I used to work hospitality so I understand how annoying that is to front desk workers. They were fantastic and friendly! I had no intention of a room being ready to check into but they made it happen! My grandmother was able to relax in the room while I dropped my car off at Alaska Car Transport which was so conveniently close to the hotel. I had complete piece of mind while staying here. Free airport shuttle, plenty of restaurants close by, amazing staff!”
“We extended our reservations and we left for work and return back housekeeping clean out our room threw away our food and put our things in a black plastic bad and put them in storage until we came .what a customer service this Hotel has.”
