“The location of the hotel is excellent, within less than 10 mins easy walking from the historical sights. The room was nice, clean, quiet, nice variety for breakfast. The personel is very helpful, I had some special requests (double bed instead of two singles, breakfast in the room), none of which was a problem for the hotel, and I received an answer for my questions in advance within a really short time. The price compared to other hotels is very reasonable.”

“Reakfast is limited choice, staff service in the reception and breakfast coffee shop is poor, they don’t welcome you even if you wish a good morning, they are not friendly at all and I don’t know who the hotel still keeps them. The rooms are very noisy although I was in the 5th floor.”

“Breakfast was very good with a nice variety for all tastes. The double bed was great and comfy. I found the pillow too soft and requested for another one and the staff happily complied to it. I got a little bottle of sparkling wine as compliments from management on my birthday and the chocolates on the bed was a nice touch. I requested and was allocated a quiet room at back. The hotel is right on Wenceslas square and close to everything on foot, the old town, jewish quarter and the charles bridge is 20 mins away by foot. The hotel is close to the metro and trams are easily available nearby.”
