“Clean and tidy, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, complimentary shuttle to Novena MRT station and Orchard road. MRT station Novena is about 10min walking. Mall connected to the hotel with shops and restaurants. Nice pool area on the 3rd floor.”

“The hotel offers good value for money as long as you book ahead. Modern clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Good location - its a more 'local' area with a mix of locals and expats living around it. So food options nearby are typical Singaporean whether it is a walk down to Wampoa market and hawker centre or to the small 24 hour hawker centre across the way or one of the corner noodle or other cafes along Bellestier. Excellent supermarket under the hotel so easy to get anything you need. Oh, and a really good size pool. Shuttle bus to Novena and Orchard are a bonus.”
“Staff kindly offered to pack us a breakfast sack since we left for the airport at 3 am. We were graciously offered an upgrade to the 17th floor with a lovely view of the city and a leisurely walk to Toa Payoh Park. Room was VERY clean and comfortable. I would have liked a plug in the bathroom for hair appliances. The only bathroom plug was for a shaver only.”

Lastly they have an a mini mall adjoining to the hotel, for basic supplies which was very beneficial.”
