“Mr Chi Lay, the manager was very friendly and helpful. We've been to Penang many times but most of the time, we only went to touristy eateries recommended on the internet. This time, with Mr Chi Lay's recommendation, we ventured out to eateries patronized by the locals and the result is simply amazing! We had the best and most authentic Penang food such as prawn noodles, char koay teow, mee rebus, porridge and etc. The location is good. There are many good eateries nearby, just a few minutes' walk away.”

“This hotel is wonderful. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with good mattresses on the bed. The manager is super nice, friendly and very helpful : he gave us tips for dinner and buses, and walked us to the supermarket and bus stop. No noise from outside. There are plenty of nice options for dinner within walking distance and a big supermarket. I would recommend this hotel.”
