“The women staffs were very helpful and kind. They were easy to converse with even though i hardly knew Korean. There was a restaurant on site and 7 Eleven. and a bus stop a few minutes outside the hotel compounds. View was very good and lots to explore in the vicinity itself.”
“It was non-refundable reservation when I booked it, but I couldn't make it due to changing of my business schedule. However, when I called them regarding my booking, they understood my situation and were generous to make a change the date without charging extra. I appreciated that. Other than this, the room was so clean, brand-new, accomodate, and quiet.”
“We went to Raon because of the spa they have on the first floor. Even though you have to pay a bit extra, it was a birthday present for my daughters to stay one night and then use the spa. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms large. The view of the ocean was far but direct.”
