“Semplicemente fantastico, nulla da invidiare ad un Parador. Un ex convento, credo del 1300/1400, conservato in maniera molto simile all'originale. Con un bel dheors arricchito da una piscina ed un ampio giardino, una corte interna coronata da una balconata coperta, camere molto intime ed accoglienti, immerso nella tranquillità della campagna Gallega a quaranta minuti di moto da La Coruna. Poche camere ma sapientemente gestite da un personale affabile e molto cortese. Il sorriso di Jasmine che ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo, la gentilezza di Maria che ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre curiosità sul Rectoral e sulla zona circostante, la professionalità di Luis che ci ha sempre consigliato piatti gustosi abbinati con ottimi vini, hanno fatto si che il nostro soggiorno si trasformasse in un'esperienza gradevolmente indimenticabile. In pochissimi altri posti ci siamo sentiti così a nostro agio,..... quasi a casa.”
