“Service, room, food, pool... it was a wonderful stay. Generally, the food was outstandingly delicious in all restaurants. But what we liked the most was the "salmorejo" in the restaurant next to the seafood bar. I'm Spanish and lived in several regions... this was the best I ever had.”
“Excellent luxury hotel, amazing attentive staff, attention to detail made this hotel extra special”
“Bed was huge and very comfortable. Main hotel restaurants pricey and food average but RedLevel area was exceptional.”
“Great service, great Sushi restaurant, fantastic scenery. ”
“Beautifully laid out hotel that never feels busy overlooking beaches with mountains behind.”
“Great resort, nice facilities, good services, helpful staff, cozy rooms with comfy beds. Definitely worth the money. Our room on the 4th floor was excellent: clean, comfortable, very well equipped with good wifi connection and Clarins care products in bath.”
“Staff were amazing, so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Red level was particularly good!! Restaurant choice also very good”
“The first thing we were told on arrival: "You in paradise already. No worry. Only enjoy!" And they did not lie. It's not cheap, but the experience was worth every cent, and then some. Red Level is everything you'd expect from a 5-star hotel on the ocean front, and all your expectations will be exceeded. Just one detail: as we checked out and had to wait several hours before flight, they gave us all the usual service and asked at what time should a free room be prepared so that we can take shower and change after beach... Totally awesome in every detail.”
“Comfy rooms, blackout blinds, Bali Beds, soft towels, coffee and pastries served all day, amazing & attentive staff all the little extras that make it a special holiday. We will definitely be returning”
“What's not to like.... everything was top class from the moment we stepped into reception and the moment we left! Red level means quiet you and your partner time and beautiful surroundings to make you fall in love all over again xx”
