“When I checked in, they offered me an upgrade to a bigger room for only $10. The staff was very friendly and professional.”
“The front deck person was amazing. Her name is Jessica. Not only did she navigate my getting there but she also told me to call her if I got lost again. She " walked " me through Google maps to figure out where I was and how to get to the hotel. I would of definitely would of given up if she didn't go beyond her duties. The company is very lucky to have such a devoted employee to be representing Red Lion Inn.”
“Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely, clean room--nice and quiet and good for sleep. Parking near door was handy since I had lots to bring in and out of the building. Didn't eat your breakfast, as I'm allergic to most of what you offered. However, you were 2 blocks from where I was working and convenient to other services. I'll gladly stay there again. Thanks!”

“They did refill food when they ran out. The ga even brought out a bunch of bananas and then took them all back and didn't put them out. This was 45 minutes before they were to close the breakfast area. The only thing they had waffles to make, yogurt and juice. Literally nothing else. I asked if she was going to refill the food and she said she was the only one working there and was working the front desk and the breakfast area. There were a ton of time in between phone calls and people coming to the front desk for her to refill some quick foods. Bananas, muffins, bagels, scones, etc. this is just their way of cutting costs. Horrible to say they serve a breakfast but then not have it there. We would have planned our morning differently for time had we known we needed to go out and eat somewhere.”

“Our room was located right off the elevator so it was easy to bring luggage to the second floor. The bathroom was clean and looked like it had been remodeled. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispensers in the tub/shower area so I didn't have the fight with the little shampoo bottles.”
