“The Owners, a young couple, were very nice and helpful (They made great restaurant recommendations) and the facilities were great!! It is a very peaceful relaxing location. Yes there are railroad tracks behind the hotel, the trains run regularly and you can hear them, but it did not detract from our stay at all. The breakfast is really delicious! If you want to be in the middle of the town, than this is not the place for you, but Belgirate is a 10 minute walk and Stresss is a 10 minute car ride and the relaxation really worked for us. There are game facilities that we all used including darts and Foosball.”
“The house and the rooms were perfect! Stylish and modern! it was very clean in the room and in the bath. Amazing view on the lake from the window compensates the noise. Beautiful garden with a small pond with lotuses, fishes and turtles :) the area around - botanical garden with different kinds of trees. we enjoyed our stay at this place. the food was delicious)”
“Family run, Simona and Alberto are lovely and all the staff are very friendly, excellent location with lots to do around the lake, ample space in the well furnished rooms as well as outside with a play area, workout area, lovely big garden and a small private beach great for a swim. It's a little piece of paradise! Small kitchen but decent breakfast and choices for snacks. There are lots of eatouts in Stresa (5 mins drive) and Arona (12 mins drive).”
“Great views, picturescue nature, quite and beautiful location. Less than 10 min to Stresa by car. No way to live there without a car(!). Rooms exceed expectations, each detail in rooms is made with care and attention. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We had 2 weeks stay with a baby of 1,5 years old and 12 years old son. High stairs on the territory are not good for a baby but we haven't regarded that as a problem finally at all. There are a playground, mini-waterfall, pond with turtles and lotuses, space for outdoor games on site.”

“This was just amazing place. Very quiet and comfortable. Only thing that you should know, that you have to own a car to move around. There are no possibility to walk to town. No pedestrian roads. But if we looking a peaceful plase then this is perfect place where to stay .”
“Simona and Alberto who manage the hotel were wonderful. They were extremely helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They have a warm and personal relationship with all their guests. My room was beautiful, spacious and light and airy with every amenity and overlooked the garden, terrace and lake. Good free wifi. I felt that it was just perfect and I would highly recommend it.”
