“The room was larger than the usual size of a Japanese hotel room. Plenty of space for two suitcases to be left open. ”
“We had a very spacious room with a view of the city and the mountains. The bed was comfortable which made for a good night's sleep. The room was serviced every day and if you opted not to have the bed linen changed, then you were given free bottles of water. You could get free ice which suited us as we had a cool box in the car. The staff were friendly although their English was limited, which seems to be the case in most places in Shikoku. They gave us a map of the area and a variety of eateries were a 10 minute walk away at the shopping mall near the main station. Breakfast was good with a variety of Japanese and Western options.”
