“Really comfy bed and the breakfast choices were great, too.”
“When we arrived to check in, we knew we were about an hour before the 400pm check in time so were prepared to wait until 4. However we were told that we would not be able to get in our room until 5 due to the fact that the Colorado football team had the rooms and would not be out until 5. This was not acceptable and the young man at the desk wasn't able to resolve so he got his manager, Sarah. She immediately resolved the issue, upgraded us to a king bed suite and gave us a voucher for breakfast the next morning. So what could have resulted in a very bad experience, with Sarah's professionalism, service recovery was successful and we would stay there again.”
