“Great location-close to O'Hare Airport, close to Stephens Convention Center, Close to a wide variety of restaurants. Many of the restaurants in the area will deliver to the hotel. Has a mini fridge in the room. No microwave but there was a microwave in the snack (vending machine) area. Staff was helpful and brought us any housekeeping items we needed promptly. They have wifi in the lobby/lounge area. You have to pay separately for room wifi but they comped us back the price and we had 5 devices on wifi. So essentially it was free. You have to pay for parking that is right next door to the hotel. $30 a day but they also refunded us 1/2 of that. They tell you about the parking when you book. Overall great experience and I would recommend this hotel.”
