“This is a recuperation stay for my wife, after her immediate discharge from her day surgery. The team at Rendezvous Club under the leadership of Mira, ensure that my wife is rested with the number of pillows to ease her comfort. Yi Sheng, Daniel and Dolyn arranged soft food for my wife. They had arranged porridge in the morning for her diet and it was delivered to our room from the club lounge. During evening cocktail service, Dolyn went to the extend of asking the kitchen to prepare a bowl of mushroom soup and her detail to attention is commendable when she served up a plate of strawberries soft enough for her to chew. The team's attention was extended to the room, when they ensure that the room temperature was adjusted at a right temp.”
