“From the moment we were picked up from the train Station we had all we could wish for catered to. Location was convenient walking to everything (including amazing local onsen), shuttle to ski fields at end of driveway and the most amazing staff ever. Breakfast was incredible and the mountain view from the room was spectacular. Never wanted this trip to end.”

“The place is a nice and cute hotel with lots of space in the room that if you just came from Tokyo, this gonna feel like a suit. Facilities are great, the staff are fantastic. They can help you with their best of ability, and they are super freindly. Breakfast is really nice, and dinner is also great. There a shuttle bus stop for ski slope (Happo-one) very close to the hotel, very convenient. Walking distant from town and Echoland street is about 10 mins, not that bad.”

“A charming wooden challet on a quiet place in Hakuba. The rooms are also fully in wood, quite spacious (for Japan) and pefectly comfortable. The best part of the hotel is the dining area with open fireplace in the centre. The bar offers an excellent selection of drinks both local and international. Breakfast is very good but nothing can beat dinners. The food is divine! We had half-board and the food was so delicious that we didn't go out once during our 8-day stay. Officially they serve Italian but if you ask the chef, he is happy to prepare Japanese for you. The staff are very friendly and would do anything for you! Very homey atmosphere! If we go back to Hakuba, this is the place!”
“Staff were excellent - very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They picked us up from the bus terminal and helped us organise the hire of ski equipment, ski lessons and lift tickets. Loved the log-cabin cosiness of the hotel. The quality of the food is excellent, though breakfast, while nice, was a bit repetitive.”
