“I stayed just for one night, but the room was excellent, very clean and warm(i was there in December). Very good staff. The hotel was 2 minutes from the center and the metro station, very convenient! Also, after i checked out, i left my luggage at the reception without any plus charge for about 4 hours, that was very useful!”

“The customer service was very friendly and they kept very good communication before our stay. They offer Safe parking and it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. It took about 15 minutes to walk to Charles bridge and 10 to old town square. Very convenient location with lots of eateries and shops nearby. Breakfast was small but sufficient. The room was large, there was an elevator to get to it, and their TV had channels in many languages.”

“The communication ahead of time was extensive, I appreciated that. The room was spacious and had enough beds for the four of us. Not all the beds have electrical sockets that are easy to reach (only the master bed). The bathroom was sufficient. Short walk to the touristical highlights (and right across from the venue where we wanted to see a gig). Supermarket and late night shop all next door.”

“We reached the hotel at midnight and we had no hassles finding the place. The staff at the reception helped us check in and guided us to our room. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is centrally located and close to most of the tourist attractions such as the pubs of Prague, Old town square, Palladium mall etc. The breakfast menu was very good. The staff were very prompt to my email queries before our arrival. They helped us to get all the documents regarding our booking which I needed to submit at the Czech Embassy for the visa. “My room was quite comfortable and relatively spacious. The bed was comfortable and there was nice lighting over the bed. The room came with a small refrigerator and hot water kettle as well. The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled recently. The TV in the room received BBC and CNN in English. The breakfast buffet was the most extensive I came across during my trip. One could easily fuel-up for most of the day. The location is convenient. It was close enough that I could walk from the central bus station and not far from the central square. It's still within the older area of town, but not noisy and overcrowded with traffic and tourists. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and even a 24 hour store in the neighborhood.”
