“We had a one night stay due to our daughter performing in the All-State Band concert. We arrived pretty late to the hotel, but there were still two front desk staff ready to assist us with our reservation. The room was very spacious and clean. The morning breakfast was very good compared to other hotels that offer breakfast. Breakfast pan-fried potatoes with red & yellow peppers! No one else does that. It was a nice surprise to the menu. The gentleman, which I assume was the hotel manager, stopped by our table and asked us how everything was. He took our plates for us with a smile. The customer service was great. I wish other hotels would realize that the little niceties are what matters most. We had a pleasurable stay.”
