The furnishings were up to date and I have never, ever encountered such consistent cleanliness over the four suites we occupied on all floors of the property. A credit to the Housekeeping staff. Fantastic choice at the breakfast buffet (even porridge for us visiting Scots!) and hot foods all kept refreshed throughout the breakfast times. In particular, I'd like to mention Tasha on reception who could not have gone further out of her way to assist with our party's booking and our requests. All the staff we encountered were polite, courteous and a joy to deal with.”
