“The Hotel is located in a very central area of Moscow, near to the old Arbat district with a lot of options to eat and drink and some store. The access to the Metro system and the bus system is very easy due to the location of the hotel. The room and bathroom are clean. If you are looking for a fancy place to stay in Moscow this Hotel is not for you. The hotel is a decent cheap accommodation.”
“The staff members were really nice, everything was clean”
“Probably an ok location, cheap, helpfull english speaking receptionists. Daily cleaning. At night they have rules that it shoud be quiet after 23:00.”
“Very friendly staff speaking good English. Good internet connection and very good location close to Novy Arbat and in the at walkable distance to Pushkin Museum and not far from Red Square. Very good price if you consider usual cost in Moscow.”
“The staff was very nice and helpful, they provided us with a phone charger when our plug adapter ceased to work.”
“Just everything was great for Moscow few-days stay. Easy to get to the property. Centre but quite location though”
“Good relation price/quality. Quite near downtown”
“The staff were amazing. We arrived early in the morning and they let us stay in the hotel until check in which was super nice because it was snowing outside and would have been very unpleasant to spend the time outside with our young child. On departure, they woke up at 4 am to make sure that we catch our cab. So overall, very nice folks work there, thank you!”

“The beds are comfortable. The staff speaks English and was very friendly. The hotel is at a great location and you can walk anywhere or grab a taxi real easily. A real hybrid between a hotel and a hostel. Solo travelers will like it.”
