“Excellent location. Quiet rooms given the location in the centre of the city.”
“The hotel is right beside the Dam, in the city centre, so within walking distance of most places of interest, lots of restaurants, etc. It is accessible by car and has a garage on the ground floor (not underground) with direct & easy access to reception. The hotel has a slightly dated charm, with Art Deco features; for example the foyer is a lovely space and used to be a trading floor of some sort (see photo). The staff are from all over: Guatemala, Algeria, Italy, Togo as well as locals of course and are all particularly helpful & friendly, while very efficient. Would stay again for that reason alone! The friendly atmosphere also encourages guests to get to know one another.”
