- Please note that the hotel is based in Neu-Ulm when entering destination details.<br><br>Please note that reception is only open between 06:30 and midnight. On 31 December it is only open until 23:00.<br><br>For a late arrival after midnight, guests have the option to contact the hotel in advance in order to receive the code to check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>Please note there are only a limited number of free parking spaces available at the hotel. However, guests receive a discount at the Merkur multi-storey car park, 350 yards away.<br><br>Please note that children and extra beds need to be confirmed by the property prior to arrival.<p>Please inform RiKu HOTEL Neu-Ulm in advance of your expected arrival time. “Clean modern hotel in an excellent location for visiting Ulm, a short walk to the old town with its many restaurants. Room large enough and very clean, minimalist and comfortable. Very friendly check in and the gentleman at the desk came out to show me where to park my motorbike. Breakfast was limited (usual Riku) but absolutely fine for what it is and a fair price.”
