“I loved our stay at Hotel Rivoli. It was the perfect location for touring Florence - 8 minutes walk to the Duomo ! The room was large by European standards with comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was amazing with a cheerful staff and the best cappucino. Front desk so helpful...including getting us reservations to see David for a small fee to avoid the 3 hour line!”

I felt that I could not enjoy my stay at the hotel because of that. We decided not to eat at the restaurant because we felt the hotel was unfriendly. We are not sensitive, critical or fussy people and feel that the attitude of the reception at check-in really affects the mood and view of people coming into the hotel for their stay. I was very disappointed.”
