“The bed was very comfortable. We loved our room, the balcony was beautiful and I loved the rooftop views of Rome. The staff were all swiped nice, except for in the terrace bar where it was difficult to get served and the waiter never brought us our drinks (we had to go up the bar to ask for them ourselves and the waiter never apologised). The terrace was so gorgeous and such fun though. Loved the breakfast although would have expected breakfast to be included in the (high) room rate.”
