“The hotel’s location was very convenient and within walking distance to many nice local restaurants, bakeries, family markets. The room was clean and well decorated, very homey feel. The bed was clean and comfortable. WiFi was sufficient and responsive. The bathroom was bright and clean. Sufficient hot water for nice relaxing shower. The hotel decor was beautiful; antiques and replicas throughout. Many items were marked and available for purchase.”

“A very lovely, comfortable hotel, furnished beautifully to suit it's age. It's full of luxury, the bathroom is wonderful, the bed perfect. The old wooden stairs are a little noisy, but that just adds to the charm of the lovely old place. I was only here for one night, but slept like a baby :-)”

“Beautiful old colonial building (one of only a few in Ambato). We upgraded to room 5 as most of them don't have windows to outside (they open on to the inner courtyard). Bed was comfortable and room spacious. Upper balcony comfortable for sitting on. Breakfast so, so - only a tablespoon of granola and that was the main part of my breakfast!”
