“Another lovely hotel in Germany. Nice restaurant which looked after us very late on arrival and again for a dinner another night. Big comfortable room. A front desk staff member was excellent including trying several times to book an elusive restaurant in town for us. She was successful. Other staff were friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was very good. As a lovely touch, a lady member of the owning family personally welcomed all guests to the restaurant.”
“The staff are nice, the rooms are very clean and the lobby looks quite fancy. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, with the main train station only one street away. So the location is great and the best thing they have to offer. I did not have the chance to check out the nice balcony cafe they have.”

“Zentraler, 2 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt liegendes, Ende des 19.Jhrdts gegründetes schickes und bequemes Hotel mit einem Altbau und einem Neubaubereich, in ersterem finde ich die Zimmer schöner, aber insgesamt sind alle Zimmer sehr sauber und komfortabel und sehr geräumig, die Betten sind top. Personal freundlich, Personal im Restaurant sogar exzellent und wirklich top-ausgebildet. Das Restaurant ist ebenso exzellent mit alt-norddeutscher Küche, die einen internationalen Twist hat, nur könnte die Abendkarte häufiger mit zumindest einem einzigen täglich wechselnden Gerichte angereichert werden. Besonders schmackhaft sind Matjes, Wildschweinbraten und die Creme Brulée mit Mandelschaum.”
