“Our second stay at this superb hotel. The rooms are so comfy and clean, and the breakfast is simply magnificent. There is an older side to the hotel with older style rooms, each one quirky and different, and a newer side with more traditional furniture, but either way you will not be sorry you booked, and it fully justifies the slightly higher price than some nearby hotels”

“Very convenient hotel near to the lake and train station. Traditional Austrian style. Good breakfast selection and dinner could be added for 22 euros per person per night - excellent value. Very surprised that we had a water bed in our room - apparently not in all rooms.”

“Great location for exploring both Zell am See and Kaprun. Lovely friendly staff who were a great help to us when we were planning days out, able to answer all of our questions regarding transport etc. The Zell am See and Kaprun Summer card is excellent, we used the cable cars, took a trip around the lake, visited the Sigmund von Thun gorge and went to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier all for free. We used the local buses for 1 euro per trip all with the card. Just wish we had been there longer than 4 nights so we could have seen more! Planning on going again with our children as Zell am See is a great location for couples but there is also plenty that would appeal to families.”
