“We liked the daily cleaning service, we didn’t expect that the room would be done up daily. The location was excellent, 5 mins from Trevi Fountain. Breakfast included was good and varied and good coffee on offer before and after, the staff were efficient and friendly and kept the breakfast area clean and re stocked throughout. All the staff from beginning to end, from reception to assistant to breakfast and even the cleaning lady were all very friendly and willing to help. The room had a mobile that we could use with free internet which was very useful and applications highlighting the best places to visit etc. There was a big telly and a sound bar which you could connect to the tv or your mobile for music only. The minibar which was well stocked and all within tb was free and included! Definitely value for money :)”
“Just across from the street to the shopping mall!! What's more amazing was that the mall closed at 11pm at night. Considering most shopping places closed really early in Italy (like 9pm?), I appreciated this proximity to the mall so much. The staffs were vey helpful. My friend left a shopping bag with shopping receipt in it on the ground in the room, and the bag was taken away by the cleaning staff (probably thought that was trash lol). Turned out my friend needed that receipt in the bag to return his stuff, so the staff practically dug up the trash and found his receipt...I was very impressed.”
