  • All children under 12 years are charged THB 500 per night for extra beds.
  • Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
  • All further older children or adults are charged THB 500 per night for extra beds.
  • The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
  • One child under 12 years is charged THB 300 per night when using existing beds.
  • Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
  • All children are welcome.

• Important Notice
  • A prepayment deposit via payment gateway or bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide further instructions. Credit card information added during your booking process will be used for guarantee purposes only.<br><br>Please note that room rates are inclusive of admission fee to Khao Laem Ya Mu Ko Samet National Park only until 31 October 2017. From 1 November 2017 onwards, guests are required to pay for the admission fee by themselves at the resort reception desk. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for more information. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
