“The beds were really comfortable, view was great,. staff were really helpful and efficient. The hotel bar does some great drinks too. The rooms were impeccably clean. It's a big modern hotel by the docks, so you have much more room than many of the Amsterdam hotel rooms I've stayed in. The blackout curtains mean you have a wonderful night's sleep, and the pillows are lovely and fluffy - I wish I had the same at home.”

“The desk duty manager Manuel sorted a problem with finding our reservation with great detail and thoroughness. He gave us an upgrade and complimentary drinks which helped our satisfaction with him dealing with the problem. The bar staff were also very attentive especially as we were there very late.”
