“The hotel is a stunning building full of impressive architectural features. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful and friendly which made our stay very enjoyable. It's a comfortable place to spend time in, both the private rooms and longer areas. The food is fantastic, a great menu and excellent standard across the board. We extended our stay a further two nights and didn't want to leave. It was a delight to stay somewhere with a more personal touch than the big chain hotels. Will definitely be returning.”

“We were in Burnley for a football match Burnley vs. Arsenal. The accommodations and in particular the food was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. If I ever have a chance to return to Burnley I will stay here and always eat in! Maxi Taxi in town was the best and a value!”
