“At first, we were given a room overlooking the interior, AC unit, etc. So we asked for the Balcony (which we had asked for through Booking.com) no problem we were moved and had a very nice room overlooking the street, but was quiet all night. great restaurants all around. Front desk arranged taxi and airline boarding passes. Very nice place.”

“When we arrived the staff allocated us to a very poor room-no wifi connection, no air con,hot and stuffy, half the lights not working, very small. When we complained ,the answer was this is the only room-we were made to pay in full before seeing the room. I said this was not satisfactory and within 10 mins (we were already trying to find another hotel) we were told there was another room available. It was higher up with a balcony so doors could be opened for fresh air, lights, wifi,still no aircon .It was a nice room and larger room this time. We then had a very good stay there.We would have moved if not offered the alternative room. We did not eat there as many restaurants outside the door. Excellent location.”
“The little custardy tarts (famous in the region) were delicious. Our location was perfect for everything. Particularly as we had our 88yr old mother with us. We were so close to the metro and it was so cheap and easy to use, once you had got your ticket!! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.”
