“Lovely, friendly staff, especially the lady that checked us in (missed her name unfortunately). We hadn’t stayed in Wales before and she made us feel very welcome. Comfortable, clean room in nice location. We had to leave one morning at 5am before the hotel car park opened but they were more than accommodating for this and ensured someone was available to open the gates for us. He also gave us some fruit for breakfast as we were going out so early :) we stayed for a cooked breakfast the following day which was really lovely. The hotel is in a good location so plenty of shops around and places to walk.”

“Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff made our rainy stay warm. Good options for pub. Breakfast was quite good, and dinner was delicious in their restaurant. Came back to the pub for dessert and it had been taken out of the window. Staff member happily offered to go get whatever we wanted. Room was comfortable, nice warm robes and slippers are provided. Shower was good and amenities nice. Wifi was strong.”
