“I was really amazed and thankful for the free mobile phone that is loaned to the guests (1 per room) with mobile data (local phone calls and internet service were free!). This comes in handy when travelling and searching for important location and maps! Going to the hotel from the airport was very easy. We used the TCAT service and the shuttle directly picks you up at the airport and drops you at the city terminal which is right beside the hotel and has a dedicated walkway on the second floor connecting the two. The hotel also directly links to the subway/MRT at the basement which was very practical. There were plenty of food stalls around the hotel.”
“I loved the "Handy" device they leave for you in the room, it is a basic android phone with a data plan giving you a free access to android apps Google maps etc.The hotel has relatively large rooms, which was a nice change from my experiences with hotels in Tokyo. Very clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast with a fabulous view. ”
