“The hotel is very cozy, with well done rooms. It is small and away from the Hangzhou downtown areas. The area has tons of greenery and is very close to several of the famous attractions. I loved the breakfast and the restaurant associated with the facility is first class. Because of location and size the hotel is very peaceful. And it was quiet at night... The bathroom was fantastic as good or better than any I have seen in china. The value for the money was just right. a tip: trust your GPS, the hotel is NOT easily visible from the road... And none of the transportation I used knew if the hotel. ALSO the hotel name to use is Lu Yi! If you use Ru Yi it gets confused with another location. In Chinese it is Lu Yi”

The staff were quite nice, they upgraded our room to suite , there's a lovely courtyard inside with Southen traditional style and the room are well-designed with bamboo. We also enjoyed a interesting Hangzhou brunch . We do love there , will come back again !”

An awesome place to relax and enjoy great view of the Hangzhou Westlake....hotel's deign is distinct with elements of Chinese culture and I especially enjoyed the quaint afternoon tea and its atmosphere. Very comfortable bed and thoughtful room decor. Staff were warm and friendly and I felt truly relaxed staying there. It's still brand new and taxis may not know its location well but definitely will stay there again!”
