Compared to my last visit, I would highlight that the staff in the restaurant developed a lot - at least this was my experience now. “The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay. They helped us, with everything, even small issues or where to go, if you wanted to see non-tourist areas of Budapest. The hotel is situated a bit far from the city center, but the bus stops right next to the hotel. You just have to cross a small bridge. The taxi drivers knew the hotel and it was quite cheap! Going from the other side of Pest (7 km) costed around 10 euro. But make sure to have cash, if travelling with a taxi.”
