“The staff is very responsive. We were settled in the room before guaranteed time of settlement. The staff was friendly. There is a wide choice of excursions which can be booked at the reception. Spacious rooms with new furniture. Excellent location. It’s very close to the main attractions! But despite this it’s very quiet hotel and we cannot hear noise from the street.”

“We stay in part, where rooms were new and very nice. I don't know for whole hotel. I think it would be hard to find better hotel for that price. 5 min to metro, 15'' Neva river 10'' to Nevsky prospekt. For sure there are better hotels, better locations, better breakfast.....I rate what I get for that money.”
