“This is a boutique hotel with nice decor. The room is very clean and the TV screen showed welcome message with my name on it. The mini bar is free and has a Nespresso machine. The beddings are high quality. Their shampoo, soap and shower gel are locally made with ginger. The breakfast is not bad either. Staff are friendly and they will talk to the driver about the places we want to go. A nice stay!”

“Plane terribly delayed&have to take another flight to Taipei 4 meetings, CX told me that my luggage has 2 stick 2 the original flight,which means I have to go w/o luggage, once i arrived S hotel, the receptionist realized I am in a hurry for my meetings she said"we'll help you chase your luggage &don't worry about check-in we'll take care 4 it, the concierge already got me a taxi and door already open before I finished talking to the receptionist, when i get home that nite, there's a bag of paper pants lying on a tray on my bed! All staffs are thoughtful and caring especially for those who always travel alone like me who welcome extra TLC.”
