“Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, good food, enjoyed wonderful family time celebrating my husband's birthday ! ! and climbed the mountain from Sneg to the top where we sat drinking gorgeous hot chocolates and gluwein in the snow ! A lovely base for skiing with large comfortable mountain cabin type rooms.”
“The location is of course mind blowing, you have the best view and you can go directly into the mountains, also the staff is very friendly !!!! They made us feel at home, the last evening there was a big camp fire with marshmallows, I really enjoyed that! The rooms smell like pine and wood & you have the best vodw from your room! We also got a smal bottle of prosecco, super sweet !!”

Breathtaking location and view at 3000m....and cosy feeling in alpine wooden interior. Very comfortable bed. Absolutely clean room. Just 6 rooms-so never feels crowded after last day-guests leaving at 5/6 p.m.with cable car.”

“It was such a fantastic place. If you wish to relax then this is a right place. We were hiking around a lot. Here you can get only by gondola, which works from 10-17.00, price 3.000 tenge for person to get up and another 1.500 tenge to get down next day. We were able to walk from hotel down to Chimbulak (about 1,5-2h)”
