“The syaff were amazing and so helpful, they went out of there way to help you. A special mention to Calara and the other gentlemen (forgot his name) on the front desk, she was so helpful, organised tours made recommendations for restaurants. The hotel it self has been built in a modern way, with all the little thing that make your stay so much easier. An example would be usb ports beside the bed, hooks for the jacket , A cell phone given to you on check in to use for ur stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Great location in one of the main streets in Reykjavik. I was able to check in early which was very much appreciated. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable bed. There is a great bakery right next door. Very happy with my stay here.”
“The bed was really comfortable, as were the robes they provided us with. The bluetooth speaker was also a lovely touch. The bathroom was beautiful and warm (thanks to the underfloor heating!) The staff were so, so friendly (as everyone seems to be in Iceland) and even helped us do some research for places to go out and boogie. All in all, it's a fab hotel, and the bakery downstairs is perfect for breakfast before you start your day.”
